Runner's Stretch: Cool Down
Short Sequences
•
19m
This stretch session is a great one to release tight hamstrings, quads, outer and inner thigh, as well as open up the back and chest. It specifically targets the muscles most stressed by a running routine. It's designed to be a shorter and focused routine to do immediately after your running session, but is great to tack onto any work out or even after a long period of sitting. Safe for pre and postnatal.
