Add the extra challenge of dynamically stabilizing to all of the exercises in this set! In this class, we will use the foam roller to deepen our muscle engagement, specifically the lower abdominals. A fun, fast sequence with a delicious neck stretch at the end. Recommended for people comfortable working at a quicker pace and looking to vary their Pilates practice. Safe for postnatal.
