Neck Release
Forward leaning posture, working at the computer, not using your core, sleeping wrong... there's lots of reasons we get tightness in the neck. This sequence will go along way to undo any knots and can be used preventatively to stop the neck from tightening up.

This Mindfulness Moment is designed to help you relax your entire body in a short amount of time. Focus your mind and attention to find any spots you are holding unconsciously and invite them to relax. This is also an excellent beginning to help prepare the body for a longer meditation.
